This project is a radiant snowmelt system to reduce maintenance on the roof/patio area above Ladd Library, and utilize excess heat from their steam plant. Custom headers were made to fit under cement benches, and about 2 miles of pex pipe were laid under the pavers to warm the patio for snowmelt.

Piper Shores – Wayland Building
Damon Mechanical installed the mechanical systems at the Piper Shores Wayland Building. A large radiant heating system, boiler projects, and an additional portable pumphouse were built.

University of Maine Farmington

Gas Conversion at Auburn Housing
This gas conversion projects requires installation of 20 high-efficiency condensing natural gas boilers to replace antiquated oil-fired boilers in Auburn public housing.

HVAC at BEQ Brunswick NAB
The completed building has 250 rooms, each of which has a kitchenette, shower, water-closet and lavatory. Damon Mechanical completed the HVAC systems including heating, AC, and all plumbing. A central laundry room, domestic hot water, and ventilation systems were also a part of this projects. Additionally, each room was heated and cooled by a natural gas fired PTAC system.
