Cross Building Chiller Replacement
Damon Mechanical Services teamed up with Cote Crane to replace a 200 ton chiller at the Burton M. Cross Office Building for the State of Maine.
Robert L Harnois Apartments
Harnois Apts is a 61-unit senior living apartment project started the first of 2020. Damon’s Plumbing crews are performing the installation work for Domestic Water, Sanitary drainage and Roof drainage.

Bates College Ladd Library Radiant Snowmelt
This project is a radiant snowmelt system to reduce maintenance on the roof/patio area above Ladd Library, and utilize excess heat from their steam plant. Custom headers were made to fit under cement benches, and about 2 miles of pex pipe were laid under the pavers to warm the patio for snowmelt.
Heskanan Project
Radiant heat piping installed under a lifted building. The building will be lowered down onto the radiant slab to provide efficient heating for this existing structure.
Midcoast Regional Redevelopment Authority
Damon Mechanical installed new piping and mechanical systems at the MRRA’s Brunswick location. The new water entrance is pictured.
