Harnois Apts is a 61-unit senior living apartment project started the first of 2020. Damon’s Plumbing crews are performing the installation work for Domestic Water, Sanitary drainage and Roof drainage.
Damon’s Mechanical crew is performing the installation of the VRF (multi-split) system for the common spaces in the building and Hot water heating system. Damon also has oversight of the duct work, pipe insulation and fire-stopping systems installation work by subcontractors.
