Michael has moved into the leadership roll as Damon Mechanical moves into the future as an Employee-Owned company. He brings forty years of construction experience with focus on being a safety mentor, organizer & problem solver. Mike and Damon's management team are capable of quickly assessing a project's scope of work to develop a complete and accurate detailed schedule, with focus on production and safety.
Bruce Damon joined the company in 1978. Under his leadership the company has expanded by building a new headquarters, growing the staff, acquiring new equipment, and adding capabilities to take on larger projects. With an education in mechanical engineering and accounting, Bruce oversees operations in the field and in the office.
Chris Bellevue's quick and accurate estimates have helped Damon Mechanical deliver large projects on time and on budget. Chris utilizes Fast Pipe estimating software.
Doug has retire to the island after designing refrigeration and plumbing systems for over 35 years at Damon.
Michael joined Damon Mechanical in 2008. He is a Master Plumber, Licensed Propane and Natural Gas Technician. With over 34 years of Supervisory, Installation, Project Management, Estimation and Relationship Building Experience
Jeff graduated from the University of Maine. He brings his engineering knowledge and field experience to each project.
John joined our team in 2017 with business management experience.
Steve joined Damon Mechanical in 2022. He is a Master Plumber, Licensed Propane and Natural Gas Technician. Has over 15 years of management, healthcare and construction experience. Currently is a member of New England Health Care Engineers Society (NEHES).
Calvin has been part of the Damon team since 1995 and he has worked his way up in leadership with his hard working ethics and knowledge in the plumbing and mechanical field which he freely provides to our construction teams.
