Bruce Damon
Owner

Bruce Damon joined the company in 1978.  Under his leadership the company has expanded by building a new headquarters, growing the staff, acquiring new equipment, and adding capabilities to take on larger projects.  With an education in mechanical engineering and accounting, Bruce oversees operations in the field and in the office.

Doug Damon
Engineer

Doug has been designing refrigeration and plumbing systems for over 35 years, using AutoCAD to provide fast, accurate project information and design.

Chris Bellevue
Estimator

Chris Bellevue's quick and accurate estimates have helped Damon Mechanical deliver large projects on time and on budget.  Chris utilizes Estimation Inc. estimating software.

Michael Brochu
Mechanical Superintendent

Michael joined Damon Mechanical with over thirty years of supervisory experience in the construction industry under his belt.  Michael is an outstanding safety motivator, organizer and problem solver.  Michael and his team are capable of quickly assessing a project’s scope of work to develop a complete and accurate detailed schedule, with focus on production and safety.

Mike Lowe
Project Manager, Head Plumber

Mike joined Damon Mechanical in 2008.  He has served as the Chaiman of the Maine Plumbers Examining Board. Mike is crucial to our estimating, materials procurement, and manpower scheduling.

Jeff Lee
Project Manager

Mike graduated from the University of Maine.  He brings his engineering knowledge and field experience to each project.
