Alton E. Cianchette Boy Scout Service Center

For a good cause...

( work site picture not yet available )

DamonMech and others donate material and time

The new Alton E. Cianchette Boy Scout Service Center is a unique building in both construction style and contractor involvement.  The building is LEED Certified (Green Construction).  It is a two-story plus basement building with retail, meeting, and administration spaces that will replace the older and much smaller space the BSA now occupies.

Four mechanical contractors are working on different aspects of the project.  All of the contractors are donating material and labor to help the BSA meet a tough budget.  DMS is performing the plumbing portion of the building.

Portland Jetport Damon Mechanical Services has begun work on the plumbing and HVAC portion of the new Portland Jetport Baggage Claim Expansion project. More Information

Control Tower (Naval Air Station, Brunswick) The new Radio Air Traffic Control and Tower at the Naval Air Station in Brunswick is a single story 15,000 ft² building with a 100' Control Tower. More Information

Small Arms Range (NASB) Half of this long, one story building will be used as a shooting range with target tracks, bullet trap, and safety ceiling. The other half will be for administrative offices. More Information

Code Questions (ICC) On any job site, Damon Mechanical employees must conform to the regulations of OSHA and other safety organizations. These rules may at times be complicated and confusing, but they are neccesary for the protection of everyone involved on a site. The ICC Code Opinions on certain confusing topics can be found at the ICC's Committee Interpretation Site.
