We have numerous projects throughout the state of Maine. The projects below are a few examples of the projects we are working on. Being able to commit larger crews to the larger sites requiring more labor, but still maintaining smaller teams to service the smaller jobs, Damon Mechanical can proffessionally complete projects of any size, while keeping the schedule on time and the budget low.

Naval Air Station in Brunswick, ME
Damon Mechanical has finished work on the new transient Bachelor Enlisted Quarters. This marks the end of a 16 month project for DMS. DMS was awarded the bid for the design and construction of the heating, air-conditioning, and plumbing in December of 2002. This design/build project was a cooperative effort between Korte Construction Co., JSA Architects, Damon Mechanical, and Enterprise Electric. The completed building has 250 rooms, each of which has a kitchenette, shower, water-closet and lavatory. A central laundry room, domestic hot water, and ventilation systems were also a part of this projects. Additionally, each room was heated and cooled by a natural gas fired PTAC system.
Korte CompanyThe Korte Company was the general contractor on this site. A construction firm over forty years of age and with more than 1,500 projects under it's belt, Korte was a pleasure to work with. Like Damon Mechanical, Korte is Design/Build oriented, giving us a great working relationship as we moved toward completion of this project with the other subcontractors.
JSA ArchitectsJSA has built its reputation with over 70 years of engineering expirience. Creating engineering solutions for the BEQ project was no simple task, but JSA met the challenge without difficulty. As the subcontractor working on the HVAC and plumbing systems they designed, we were very happy with their work and commend them on a job well done.
Enterprise ElectricWith over 75 years of service, Enterprise Electric was very capable in the wiring for this project. They kept their work on schedule so that we had lighting and power to work through the 16 months of construction. Having power ready when the HVAC systems were ready was also a great help.
