Projects
We have numerous projects throughout the state of Maine. The projects below are a few examples of the projects we are working on. Being able to commit larger crews to the larger sites requiring more labor, but still maintaining smaller teams to service the smaller jobs, Damon Mechanical can proffessionally complete projects of any size, while keeping the schedule on time and the budget low.

DMS is performing the plumbing and HVAC portion of the new Portland Jetport Baggage Claim Expansion project. A third baggage carousel will be installed and the two existing carousels will be replaced. The project consists of a new 300 ton chiller, cooling tower, two new AHU's, and two new 90 BHP gas boilers.
The entire addition has in-floor radiant heating. Radiant snowmelt will be installed in the canopy areas. This is a project that requires a great deal of scheduling and planning in order to keep the airport safe and running during construction.
